Co-founders Zeb Portanova and Arno Verboom combine U.S. real estate development expertise with extensive Dutch food logistics and global produce trading to drive this project.

Our Master Grower, Leo van der Lans, comes from four generations of Dutch greenhouse growers with 45+ years of experience growing premium tomatoes. Now, he’s bringing that expertise to South Carolina.

We’re building a 1,200-acre Agriculture Technology Campus in Early Branch, strategically located to serve the entire Southeast. Our goal is simple: replace imported vegetables with fresh, local produce that reaches your store within 24 hours of harvest.
